Lisa Lum is a 3X WNBF Pro Women’s Bodybuilding World Champion, and now the proud promoter of the WNBF Portland Reign Natural Classic Pro Qualifier in Portland, Oregon. A lifetime natural athlete, she has always been passionate about natural bodybuilding and very excited to be able to offer truly natural athletes an opportunity to compete under the 10 Year Drug Free guidelines of the WNBF. She looks forward to meeting all athletes and wishes you all the absolute best of luck in your fitness journey to bring the best version of yourself to the stage! POLYGRAPH TESTING DATES:

Testing Times: 8AM – 5PM
All athletes must test NO EXCEPTIONS
Fee: $80
*All competitors are subject to a mandatory polygraph testing before the day of the competition (NO tests administered the day of). The polygraph tests will be scheduled 1-2 week prior to the event. The promoter will contact the registered athletes in the order they registered. The winners of all pro-qualifying classes will be subject to mandatory urine testing immediately after winning their class.
ATHLETE MEETING: Saturday at 8:30 AM sharp at the event venue
POSING MUSIC: Bodybuilders and Men’s Classic Physique should be limited to 60 secs., no profanity, MP3 OR M4U actual audio files NO video or youtube links please (in case there is a poor internet connection). Please use your name as the file name and email prior to September 13th

Banned Substance List: Please read the banned list HERE before entering below.
Drug Testing: All athletes will consent to polygraph testing to ensure they meet the WNBF 10 year drug free eligibility. Polygraph screening exams are $80. Polygraph test is good for 6 weeks. All pro card winners will submit to urinalysis testing immediately after receiving awards.

Male Categories: Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men’s Physique
Age Categories: Teen (ages 15 – 19); Junior (ages 20 through 23); Masters (40+); Grand Masters (50+); Ultra Masters (60+)
Height / Weight Classes – Height and Weight classes may vary according to the number of competitor entries
Experience Categories: Debut (first time ONLY); Novice (little to no experience & have not won 1st in novice or top 3 in Open); Open
Pro Qualification:
Masters Classes, Women’s Bodybuilding, Fit Body
5+ competitors
Bikini, Figure, Fit Body, Men’s Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men’s Physique 8+ competitors
Worlds Qualifications: 5 or more competitors in Open class, top 3 qualify; 3 or 4 in an Open class, ONLY the winner qualifies.
